The Future of tire recycling

Garb (OTCQB:GARB) The Future of tire recycling
Every few months a new tire recycling concept is born, all over tire recycling is called the treatment of black Gold. But most of concepts don´t work, because the ClosedCycle Principle is not applied.
Most of the concepts are running into niche markets for example; sports floor, down cycling products, security mats, carpets and in some special cases as TPE(ThermoPlasticElastomers)
All these developments have been made to achieve an intelligent solution for Tire recycling problem.
However not many are following the ClosedCycle Principle, which means basically to return waste rubber into tire production. As most of the tire producers are not interested in being part of this Cycle, as the costs of development are high. However at Garb we see this problem, not so much as a question of cost , but as an issue in approach. The ClosedCycle Principle requires an overall review of everything we do. The easiest way to promote the ClosedCycle Principle is to start from the original product and design it in such a way that it is suitably integrated into the ClosedCycle Principle. Therefore when it reaches its end of life, it is recycled by using the ClosedCycle Principle.
This has not been done because the entrepreneurs are often single minded and do not look at the bigpicture. They often do this because they believe that there is nomoney in this process. The contrary is actually true. By followingthe ClosedCycle Principle you often develop economically viablebusiness like Garb with the Ewaste plants.
This ClosedCycle contains Collectors,Recyclers/Crumb producer/refinery/master batch production. The last one is more or less dedicated to the production of new products based on synthetic caoutchouc, and natural caoutchouc, and here is the break in the ClosedCycle.
The following Video was made 10 years ago when our CTO Igor Plahuta started the development of the ClosedCycle, which was planned to create raw material for new rubber products.
We at Garb do have the technology for the ClosedCycle Principle and we intend to build a plant to recycle a tire, separate it into its various components like steel, fiber, and rubber, and convert this rubber into NANORUBBER!

Garb John Rossi (OTCBB:GARB) introduces its E-Waste recycling Secondary Shredder and Granulators, available for sale immediately.

The Garb E80/120 with innovative knife adjusting technology and 5 year warranty.

October 6, 2010, SALT LAKE CITY — Garb Oil & Power Corporation (OTCBB: GARB) (OTCQB:GARB) www.garbop.com announces the introduction of its heavy duty, high throughput Secondary Shredders and Granulators, using knife adjusting technology.

Garb John Rossi President states, “We have provided all of our Secondary Shredders – Granulators with semiautomatic, or as an option fully automatic, knife adjustment system. This means the knife can be adjusted during operation without stopping the machine. This procedure leads to a re-sharpening of the knives”. John Rossi further states, “ E-Waste is one of the waste industries most important and strategically essential waste stream. The United States will see a growth in E-Waste, from the current 3,000,000 tons per year to over 10,000,000 tons per year by 2017. Making E-Waste the fastest growth waste stream in the industry. Our Pre-Shredders and our Secondary Shredders provide one of the required technologies to properly manage E-Waste. Over the next few weeks Garb will be introducing our low cost E-Waste plants”

Garb CTO Igor Plahuta states, “To make this happen, we have implemented this knife adjustment system in our secondary shredders in order to ensure a more or less equal rotor knife position in relation to the stator knives. This is very important for wear intensive production such as tire and E-Scrap (E-Waste) shredding, where the knives need to be adjusted 4 times a day which normally creates a downtime of 3-4 hours each day. By this adjustment system we have created a machine with an availability of 95%. In less wear intensive applications like waste shredding, the availability of the machine is more important. Large volume plants rely on the capacity and workability of such machines to sustain throughput and maximize production”.

Garb is introducing its newline of pre shredders for the tire recycling, Ewaste recycling and domestic waste industry. These new pre shredders use tooth shaft technology, which increases production in high throughput environments.
Garb is further introducing its new line of Secondary Shredders to complement the pre shredder machines. The new Secondary Shredders come with knife adjustment technology, which limits down time by facilitating the exchange of the knives.
Garb has actively reduced its debt by over $3,500,000 in the last 9 months by converting a large portion of its loans into Preferred Shares.

Garb Oil & Power Corporation Announces Change in Reporting Board; Garb Has Been Elevated From an OTCBB to an OTCQB Company

SALT LAKE CITY, May 26, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Garb Oil & Power Corporation (OTCQB:GARB) www.garbop.com announces the elevation of Garb from an OTCBB reporting company to an OTCQB company. John Rossi, the newly appointed President and CEO of Garb Oil & Power Corp., states "this new board provides investors with a more clear and transparent look of Garb. The advantage to the investor is substantial with the possibility of dealing with Garb electronically and having direct access to real time level 2 quotes."

Garb will concentrate on promoting its E-Waste and Tire Recycling plants into the market place both in the United States and abroad. Garb will continue to focus on E-Scrap as a primary technology and continue to both refine the applications and end products deriving from E-Waste. Our technology and expertise have in the past also provided solutions in Waste to Energy and OTR plant building and development. Both of these technologies are important to Garb and will make up part of our long term expansion plan.

Garb's focus has changed from simply selling its E-Waste and Tire Recycling plants into the open market, to building its own plants both within and outside the United States. This new direction will position Garb to take advantage of the market requirements for E-Waste and E-Scrap over the next 10 years and beyond. This new focus will enable Garb to market its products directly to its main customers as primary raw material. Over the last few months, Garb's management team has concentrated on reducing the company's debt while preparing and positioning the company into focusing on the new corporate direction. John Rossi expects this process to be finished by end of third quarter.
